Stopal is a door-to-door pallet service. Choose Store It and we keep your loaded pallet at our warehouse. Choose Rent It and we drop a pallet at your place to use as temporary storage. Choose Move It and we transport pallets between two addresses. Same fleet, same simple flow.
How do I sign up?+
Create an account at stopal.app/register with your email and a password. After signing up, you can place your first order from your dashboard.
Pickup & delivery
How long until my pallet arrives?+
Standard delivery is 2-3 business days from when you place the order. We schedule a specific date with you before dispatch.
What size is a pallet?+
A standard pallet — roughly the floor space of a small closet, with enough vertical room to stack a small bedroom worth of boxes and household items.
Do I need to be home for pickup or delivery?+
You should plan to be available. We schedule a specific time window with you in advance so we can hand off the pallet directly. If plans change, contact us to reschedule.
Storage
How are my items stored?+
Loaded pallets are stored in our warehouse. Access is restricted to Stopal staff.
What can I store on a pallet?+
Most household and personal items. Prohibited items include hazardous or flammable materials, illegal goods, perishables, and live plants or animals. See our Terms for the full list.
How do I get my items back?+
Schedule a return delivery from your dashboard. Pick a date and we bring the loaded pallet back to you. Standard 2-3 day delivery timing, with the standard delivery fee.
Billing
How does pricing work?+
Pricing depends on what you book — Store It, Rent It, or Move It — your zip code, the number of pallets, and how many months of storage you want. You see the full price during checkout before paying.
How am I billed?+
Each order is paid upfront as a single one-time charge. The charge covers delivery, pickup (when it applies), and any storage months you select. There are no subscriptions and no auto-renewals.
How do I extend my storage?+
Place a new order to add more months. We do not auto-renew. To avoid a gap, schedule the additional months before your current paid period ends.
Are there long-term contracts?+
No contracts. You buy storage by the month upfront and stop whenever you want by scheduling a return delivery.
Account & cancellation
How do I cancel?+
Schedule a return delivery from your dashboard. Once you receive your pallet back and we confirm the empty container is collected, your storage charges stop. There is no separate "cancel account" step — your account stays active in case you want to use it again.
Can I update my payment method?+
Yes. Go to the Billing page in your account to add or change a card. The card on file is used for your next order.
